To help make check-in easier, please bring:
- A photo ID, if available
- Your insurance card, if you have insurance
- A list of your current medications
- Any important medical records or information about your health
- Any forms requested by our team
No insurance? That’s okay.
Southland serves patients with and without insurance. Our team can help you learn about available coverage options and our Sliding Fee Discount Program based on eligibility.

Please arrive early for your first appointment so our Patient Support Team can help you complete registration and any necessary forms.

Insurance and Coverages
Southland Integrated Services provides care to everyone, whether you have insurance or not. We accept a variety of health plans, including Medi-Cal and Medicare, and offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program for eligible patients.
Our team can also provide support with applying for Medi-Cal and Medicare and help you understand the coverage options available to you.
